Linda is a customer experience guru, original Whisky Chick, and crazy good with numbers and spreadsheets. She is ambitious – getting her first job at age 10 – and has spent most of her career helping build customer experience strategies for top brands such as Panera, Weight Watchers, Sprint, Maytag, Panasonic, and Sharp. Linda has been CEO, COO and CFO and has experienced every stage a company can go through. Her experiences have taught her a successful business is driven by its culture and culture begins at the top, everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and relationship building is key. Linda is equally committed to giving back in the community and is the vice-chairman for the Coalition for the Homeless, an alumni ambassador for Leadership Louisville, and involved with the Louisville Central Community Center. She loves to cook and knows how to throw a good party, her and her husband enjoy traveling with their 2 children and have a passion for collecting art and Bourbon.
